# Clarity West

> While working in the justice system I realised that there was a significant lack of community awareness of Enduring Powers, of Attorney and Guardianship. People regularly ended up in the system because they hadn’t planned ahead - often because they didn’t know they could. That lack of awareness of Enduring Powers in the community is a void I want to fill, through user-friendly workshops, demystifying the existence and benefits of Enduring Powers.
